Nope, that doesn't work

I am familiar with this feature, but that does not provided the desired results. All this does is limit access to my calendar to the people that are listed. What I desire is that everyone in my company of 500 users can see my calendar, and of those, I also have a specific "team" listed that has special access to my calendar. Then, I would like to be able to control if my events are public to ALL, public to just MY TEAM, or completely private.

Basically what I need is a third option in the screenshot below that says something like "Read any TEAM Calendar Entry or To Do" of which I assign this control to my specific team members. Then, in the event (whatever it is be it an appointment, reminder, meeting, etc.) there needs to be an option next to "Mark Private" that says "Mark Private To Team". This would then give me the granular control to allow my team to know what I am doing or where I am going but not the entire company. Sometimes it is okay for the entire company to know where I am, other times it should only be your team that knows where you are.
